Sulforaphane (SFN) is a naturally occurring isothiocyanate compound primarily derived from broccoli seeds and young sprouts. It is produced through the enzymatic conversion of glucoraphanin and is widely recognized as one of the most potent natural activators of the Nrf2 (nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor 2) signaling pathway.
